Pas (pronounced Pas) has been working in the fitness industry for over a decade, helping people reach their goals ranging from general health to athletic development.
He has experience in weight loss, muscle and strength gain, with a strong focus on longevity, helping people move well and stay pain-free well into old age.
Pas also specialises in kickboxing for self-defence.
Outside of training, he enjoys cheese (especially cheddar), long walks on the beach, playing the drums, and recording music in his spare time.
