He has built and developed the team of Coaches at W.2220 (Wellness Department Hurstville) to deliver a high quality service, garnering results in all aspects of fitness. Terrell has utilised his 5+ years of experience alongside his passion for fitness to create a team of Coaches who will help you towards your goal. Terrell is the Trainer to the Trainers. RYAN

Ryan Xue is a professional Personal Trainer and athlete with over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry. Ryan's passion is to help people recover, maintain and improve fitness levels, achieve their health and body management goals, and get in good shape. Ryan believes that getting healthy is not that difficult, and that he will be by your side throughout the process.

Andy began his career in the fitness industry in 2002 and in that time has worked as a 
Personal Trainer, Regional PT Manager, Learning and Development Presenter and a Conditioning Coach across a number of sports.

In his time in the industry, Andy has seen many trends come and go, and uses the "Bruce Lee Philosophy" when training and programming for his clients: "Use only that which works, and take it from any place you can find it"

David has been working in the fitness industry since 2016. Growing up he was the overweight kid, so he know and understands the struggles behind getting motivated to even start implementing changes especially with the abundance of conflicting information available. His job is to help you achieve your goal through creating a plan that you are able to implement in your lifestyle to achieve your goal to ensure that you’re able to maintain the results you achieve.
